Product Ops Canvas
This canvas will help you map out product operations within your organisation so you can build alignment, transparency and quality.
Using this canvas you can capture the people, processes and systems that makeup your product development process. Use this during your interviews to create a shared view of your method.
How to use this board:
Step 1 - Copy this board and identify who in your organisation would be responsible for defining discovery, development, go to market and customer success
Step 2 - Meet with each area and capture the people involved, the ways they work together and the systems used to record work
Step 3 - Share this back to the wider group so they can give feedback on inflows and outflows between areas
Step 4 - Structure and develop documentation in your knowledge management system of how theses phases work themselves but also how they work together. Be sure to be clear on what meetings (Synchronous) and what systems of record (asynchronous) are used.

Eisenhower, and it can work for you—this decision-making framework will help you know where to start and how to plan your day. With our template, you can easily build an Eisenhower Matrix with a quadrant of key areas (Do, Schedule, Delegate, and Don’t Do) and revisit it throughout the day as your priorities change.
Cross Functional Flowchart
Works best for:
Org Charts, Business Management
Have a quick look at everyone on a project and see exactly what they’ll contribute. That’s the clarity and transparency a cross-functional flowchart will give you. These are also called “swim lane” flowcharts because each person (each customer, client, or representative from a specific function) is assigned a lane—a clear line—that will help you visualize their roles at each stage of the project. This template will empower you to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and make meaningful cross-functional relationships.
Flowchart Template
Works best for:
Flowcharts, Mapping, Diagrams
Trying to explain a process or workflow to your team — or just wrap your head around it yourself? Sometimes the best way is to see it, and that’s when you create a flowchart. Using common shapes (generally just ovals, rectangles, diamonds, and arrows), a flowchart shows you the direction a process or workflow goes and the order of steps. Beyond giving you a clear understanding, you’ll also be able to see potential flaws and bottlenecks, which helps you refine and improve your process and create a better product more efficiently.
