🛠 How to Use This Template

1️⃣ Set the Scene (~5 min)

💡 Start with an icebreaker to get everyone in the Valentine's Day spirit! Use the "Write Valentine card to each other" section to let each team member express some gratitude towards each other.

Steps:

• Ask each team member to Write Valentine's Cards to each other.

• Give the team time to read through the letters.

2️⃣ Main Retrospective (~30 min)

This section follows the traditional retrospective format but with a Valentine’s twist. Move through each quadrant in order and encourage team participation.

• Use white sticky notes to suggest improvements.

• Capture actionable steps on red sticky notes.

• Assign owners to each action item to ensure accountability.
