The "Market of Skills" is a workshop that designed to identify, showcase, and leverage the skills within a team or organization. It encourages participants to share their expertise and learn about the strengths of their peers, fostering a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration.

The objective is to create awareness of the knowledge and skills within the team, foster appreciation for each member's contributions, and identify opportunities for collaboration and personal development.

Frame 1 and 2: Set the scene

Frame 3: Icebreakers

Frame 4: Market Setup - Brainstorming on the skills that participants could offer and would like to learn.

During the workshop, participants will continue working within this framework, updating it until the Reflection phase in Frame 6.

Frame 5: Marketplace - Discussion on the skills that participants could offer and would like to learn.

Frame 6: Reflection - to identify the opportunities for the skill-sharing and potential steps to address the skill gaps.

Frame 7: Closure / ROTI - often used to evaluate the effectiveness of the time spent.
