Social Media Workshop
The Social Media workshop template provides a framework for teams and individuals who aim to collaborate or organise social media ideas before the actual creation phase.
When to use it?
Are you about to find the next big idea for your brand or you are looking for ideas to increase brand awareness? But you don't know where to start and your planned ideas are not big enough? As a decision maker in Social Media, you have to bring people together with different backgrounds and skills to create not only relevant but also targeted content for specific audiences. That's when the Social Media template comes into place. It will serve as a framework to create ideas, set priorities and ensure a sparring driven outcome.
How to use it?
Use the inspiration corner to bring in best practices and moodboards in advance.
Define goals and set your agenda. The warm-up exercise will help the group to dive into a creative mindset.
Analyse and gather the biggest trends on Social Media and evaluate the impact for your brand/ product.
Create Springboards from as many ideas as possible. No need to filter, as each idea might be the key to the big one.
Duplicate the springboard canvas according to your number of springboards and fill in everything.
Vote for the best ideas and narrow them down to two ideas. As soon as your team has decided upon the best two, concretise them by writing down a campaign framework. Make it as specific as possible.
Once you have come to a common understanding of your big ideas, write down the tasks that have to be done to execute the ideas in the next phase.
