Simple User Research Timeline
Welcome to the Simple User Research Timeline template Look on this template as your 'starter for 10' when you are planning your next user research project. Whether that's to support investigations in a discovery stage right up to doing some usability activity near to a product/service launch, this template allows you to build all your activities in one place and display them clearly and coherently on your Miro board. It's worth remembering that a plan is only effective if its understood not only by yourself but also your stakeholders and fellow team members. This template allows your communication to all these people to be very simple and ensure they know how you are progressing against your milestones
The template includes a few potential typical activities you might want to include but don't feel restricted by these. You can adapt role titles, add more activities, role colours and contents with the click of your mouse. Likewise, if the existing activities don't work for you, just click on the description and change the wording, or if you want to take that row out, just click on the bar and press delete - it's all very simple You can even import Jira tickets into it - very clever eh! You can add this template into an existing Miro board to bring your planning alive and if you want more focus on the plan itself, use the 'focus' button that sits next to the template title (button with two diagonal arrows in it) to dive into the plan itself Miro produces a great support page in their Help Centre which shows you all the magical things your timeline can do to support you in your next project:- https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/20185235301650-Timeline?utm_source=Miro+Heroes&utm_medium=Board&utm_campaign=waysofworkingtoolkit
