Play Your Estimate Right is my take on a classic game show, that will help get your team thinking differently when being asked to estimate upcoming work.

Review your previous work and get the team guessing how long they actually spent working on each, then look at your upcoming initiatives and compare them to these previous initiatives.

This is an interactive and fun way to make a team feel comfortable giving estimates, which doesn't make them feel pressured but also gives you a better steer as a Product Manager or Delivery Manager, to plot upcoming work on a roadmap and communicate rough delivery landing zones.
