Mario Party Sprint Retro

This is a simple retro for evaluating a short-term period (like a sprint) or project.

It has four parts:

• Icebreaker

• Guage the general mood of how things went for each person

• Brainstorm what went well (keep doing!), what surprises happened (that we can account for in the future), and what did not go well (what we should stop doing).

• Recognition: Give a star to a coworker(s) to show appreciation for something they did during the project/Sprint
