Map your RAP - Reconciliation Action Plan
Reconciliation is everyone's business, but sometimes RAP commitments end up being trapped in documents and delivered by a small RAP working group in the organisation.
At The Australian Centre for Social Innovation (TACSI), we wanted to put together a visual way of sharing the contents of our Innovate RAP and for everyone in our organisation to get involved.
So, this Miro template has been designed to allow many members of an organisation to add commitment cards to this RAP map and see their part of this collective act of Reconciliation.
CUSTOMISE IT Read through your organisation's RAP doc and add your specific actions as text around each of the tributaries of the illustrated river system.
OWN IT Invite team members to identify areas where they will contribute in specific ways. Add a miro 'card' (type 'd' to select card tool) with a description of your activity / dates, a tag and the assignee who will do the activity!
DO IT! Invite people back to update the cards. Add a link to a story (video, audio, doc, image) if you can.
TRACK IT Geeky optional extra: Export the Board as csv and paste it back into this Miro as a table to group and filter your cards to provide summaries of your progress. 🤓
Of course you can use and adapt this template anyway you like.
