Life-Map Icebreaker / Meeting Starter

This activity enables participants to share their life journeys and serves as an icebreaker or a way to get acquainted, especially for groups that have recently formed, gained new members or simply enrich the team-spirit with some personal information.

Each individual sketches a "map" of their life, starting from birth to the present, using symbols to represent significant phases or events – the emphasis is on sharing rather than artistic ability.
