Effort Reward Matrix
—
—
Everything rewarding requires some amount of effort. However, the amount of effort is not always proportionately equal to the reward. So, it's a good idea to visualize the effort-to-reward matrix so better decisions can be made.
This matrix is divided into four regions:
Low effort, low reward - Activities that require low effort but also produces low reward.
Low effort, high reward - Activities that require low effort but produces high reward.
High effort, low reward - Activities that requrie high effort but produces low reward.
High effort, high reward - Activities that require high effort and also produces high reward.
