How does it work?

In these workshops you will learn about a playful and interactive tool to facilitate diversity and inclusion conversations: The Multiverse Toolkit. This digital toolkit is designed to lower the barrier to start talking about diversity and inclusion. Once a safe and constructive space is created, participants of the session come up with feasible strategies to tackle their challenges. But we don’t stop at strategy talk! Each session ends with a concrete action plan to actually make the first steps to implement the ideas participants come up with.
