The Covid-19 retrospective board follows the theme of a typical Agile retrospective but focussed on the period from the start of the outbreak to now. It is designed to allow participants to reflect on the key events that have occurred, the things they have enjoyed as well as things they have found challenging. From these thematic areas can be identified, from which a list of activities and behaviours to take forward are agreed.
