History of the template:

The template, designed together with Deborah Rim Moiso, was really used during a ws in Facilita 2025, the national convention of facilitators in Italy.

This template is designed to allow a group of about 10 people to work independently in presence to produce ideas using AI.

It is possible to envisage the work of several groups at the same time and provide for a debrief plenary to share the priorities that have emerged.

Minimum equipment per group:

Needed at least 2 PCs, a projector and a good wi-fi connection.

Scenario:

You are part of a design team and have to launch a new innovative product (the flipchart of the future) on the market. Follow the instructions in the template and work collaboratively to define priority ideas to prototype.

Tips:

Produce an initial talktrack to introduce the theme of the activity to the participants. Produce a final video to thank participants for their work and to give hints on next steps.
