How to Use This Canvas
1. Fill in the Data & Calculate Conversion Rates
For each stage, enter the number of users/customers and calculate the conversion rate to the next stage. This helps identify where the biggest drop-offs occur.

Example: If 10,000 people visit your website (Acquisition) and 1,000 sign up (Activation), your conversion rate is 10%.
